Lovely location right on the water. The reception desk closes at 8 pm, I arrived after reception closed but thankfully they were able to arrange for me to get a key when I arrived. Great breakfast.

Modern, boutiquey, lakeside hotel
Modernised and well presented small hotel with beautiful lake views. Breakfast slightly average. We ended up booking here because most hotels around Orta and Maggiore booked dated and basic.

Great experience in an amazing locatio
This is a very tasteful hotel. The staff is amazing and very helpful. I love the set up. My only concern was that the rooms are mot properly isolated, which means that I could hear what happens in the adgaisant rooms - sadly my neighbors were very very loud and the volume of their tv a lot higher than normal. So, no negative comments about the hotel. I had a nice single room with a view to the lake.

The room was clean and big enough for one night. I found the Mattress to be very very very hard. I mentioned this to the receptionist and she said that they have soft toppers available. How would I know or find out about it? Reception closed at 20.00H I would not call this a Boutique style Hotel, it does not have that cozy feel of what I would call a "Boutique style" Hotel. Also: The Hotel is located in the Pedestrian zone, so it is quite a hassle getting to the Hotel and dropping your luaggage off. Parking is, if reserved at a Parkinglot a bit away from the Hotel.

Nice weekend trip to Ascona
We've been to Ascona many times now, but wanted to have lakeview at the lakefront. Our room was in one of the buildings a little further away than we thought, but we still had a decent view of the lake. Unfortunately it was very windy, so we didn't spend much time on the balcony. The room had a good size, was clean and the receptionists were friendly and helpful.

I stayed in the lake view room which was beautiful. Could recommend maybe a coffee/ tea station which would have been nice to have while sitting out on the balcony.

Fantastic Location
My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights during a 2-week trip to Switzerland. The location was absolutely outstanding as it's conveniently located to a number of shops and restaurants, and that iconic view of Ascona. Our room was very nice, despite issues with the air conditioner leaking when we tried to use it. Our only complaint was that we had asked for a lake view, but our balcony only allowed us to see a sliver of the lake. Otherwise, it was very nice. Driving here? They have convenient parking, but it feels a little daunting when you first arrive. It's actually very easy and a convenient 2-3-minute walk. There's a great gelato shop to the right when you're leaving the hotel, and a very nice Italian restaurant (Osteria Nostrana) to the left. They had a nice breakfast offering, too!

Very nice hotel in a stunning location. Only negative is that the rooms have no air conditioning and when it’s 35 degrees Celsius outside, a mere fan is not going to do it.

Hotel an schöner Lage, unfaire Zimmereinteilung
Das Hotel liegt sehr schön an der Bucht von Ascona, deshalb haben wir uns ein Seesicht-Zimmer geleistet. Das Zimmer, das wir bekommen haben, war etwa 10 Meter von der Häuserfront zurückversetzt, das Zimmer sehr dunkel und die Seesicht war sehr partiell - kein Vergleich mit der Aussicht von den Zimmern auf die Piazza hinaus, die wir auch schon bekommen hatten. Reklamationen haben nichts gebracht, wenn ich die „guten“ Seesicht-Zimmer wolle, ereiferte sich die Dame an der Rezeption, so dürfe ich halt nicht so spät und erst noch bei Expedia buchen! Da es im Hotel die Kategorie partielle Seesicht gibt, fragt man sich, wieso das Hotel nicht so ehrlich ist, dieses Zimmer auch in dieser Kategorie zu klassieren, und entsprechend auch weniger zu verlangen. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Betten waren übrigens deutlich zu hart, gut hingegen das Frühstück, im Restaurant mit schöner Seesicht.

Seven Boutique Hotel war Gut, Zimmer war raum, Staff war freundlich und Sprach mehrere Sprachen. Frühstück war gut in Gebäude neben an un hatte einen hervoragenden Blick auf dem See. Öffentliches Parthaus /Parksilo war gut (24CHF pro Tag), und nah am Hotel (5min laufen), aber die Parkplätze sind sehr eng.

Super gut gelegen, super Frühstück, schönes Zimmer (comfort Zimmer) einzig die Matratzen waren sehr hart. Beim checkout haben wir es gemeldet und wir wurden leider erst dann darauf hingewiesen das sie auch topper hätten, schade.
