"Went to check in and room wasn’t ready for a maintenance issue. Within 5 minutes it was ready. Plan was to shower, relax, and head back out for dinner. Shower and room were fine but could not get on Wifi. No wifi meant no TV. Went to the front desk and they sent maintenance up. They were very helpful but could not figure out why our room couldn’t get wifi. Maintenance suggested we go to the front desk with them to get a new room. Front desk said there are no other rooms for 3 people and there’s nothing they can do. I was put in contact with the service provider and I was on the phone for 10 minutes giving information about our phones. After a few minutes they said it looks like something on their end. They will call back with an update. Never heard from anyone again and it wasn’t fixed. Had to use 2 international phone passes on Verizon because of this. No TV for this spoiled brat so i struggled falling asleep. Woolf Bar food was good and breakfast was mediocre. Good selection of hot and cold items for breakfast but quality was just OK. Could have eaten better for half the price off the property. London was such a great city we decided to stay longer, just at a different hotel "

"Great stay in central London. Absolutely massive hotel, and my room was a long walk through the floor but was super clean and cozy. Because it’s so big there are a lot of people staying here and it could get kind of noisy; nothing earplugs couldn’t help. Overall a great value for the price with an extensive buffet breakfast included. Parked right under the hotel without issue!"

"This room was booked for me. I had the bad luck of staying in a room without windows. I didn’t even know that existed ! Truly awful and very claustrophobic because the room is like a box so small.The water bottle that came as a service smelled dirty and moldy. There is a green light that stays on even when you turn off the lights.l at night. It’s very bright and annoying. And lastly, the fabric of the sheets was pilling which made it feel like there was sand in the bed. Also - no way to stream Netflix or hbo on the tv. So overall I don’t recommend this hotel at all!"

"Stayed in April 2026. Dated 60's hotel Clean and tidy but 60's size small rooms and old fixtures. No room air conditioning so you need to keep the windows open to keep the temperature down. We had a Garden view room and it is fairly noisy with music, outdoor conversations, and a constant sound of running water 24/7 from the two fountains below. Rooms x33 and x01 are next to the elevators. They are noisy with alot of clanking until after midnight. No bathroom fan so again open windows. Strange toilet flush but eventually works. Breakfast buffet is good with a full English breakfast. Service is lacking. Will opt for a more modern location next time."

"Room was good. Had a view of the Thames. Staff overall were very helpful. Position a bit out of Central London but good bus services to London Bridge and Victoria Station. Also free ferry over Thames to Canary Wharf. Breakfast was disappointing. A lot of choices either not working or not being replenished depending on who was on. Was an upgraded hostel but overall we were satisfied for the price."
