"It's the worst experience in my life. The apartment is only one room and a small hall, but the reservation was for two rooms and a hall. The owner told me to stay only one night and he will change the apartment for me the next day. But he didn't respond to my phone or messages. The bathroom is dirty and the sink is broken. The fish tank in the hall is also broken. It's a bad experience and I left before I finished all the days of the reservation."

"Selim is an amazing host! He greeted us upon arrival (even though I forgot to tell him the time of our arrival) and he appeared when we got to the flat! "I have stayed two times for quite a while at this hotel and they always amaze with the speed of their service. I never called for anything that didn’t show up immediately!!! The rooms are big and roomy, bedding always clean and crispy. All facilities, fitness room, sauna, massages are incredibly well maintained. Very close to hill town mall which is extra plus plus. And last but not least, everyone working at this hotel is super pleasant and helpful. Thank you Elite world grand hotel Kucukyali 🙏🙏🙏"
