The service was excellent, but the hotel room was small and would not describe this as a 5 star. We had the two bedroom suite which was smaller than expected. Given the price, we expected a bit more. Breakfast was good, food on the roof was decent with a nice view.

This is the first review I have left. We stayed one night at Pinnacle before we boarded our cruise. We spent a week in various places to get over jet lag etc. Our stay was excellent and the rooftop restaurant with the view of the city and Acropolis was amazing. The best charcuterie board and Greek salad ever. Short morning walk to the Acropolis before we boarded our cruise. The staff and restaurant of this hotel are the best ever!

I would definitely recommend the Pinnacle as a place to stay in Athens. My wife and I are visiting Greece for our honeymoon, so we only stayed in Athens for one night. The hotel was well connected to many different areas with good shops, food, and access to the Parthenon. The room was small, but perfect for the two of us considering we spent our time exploring the city while we were here. The restaurant on the roof of the hotel was also incredible, offering an amazing view of the city at night time, as well as amazing food. The staff were very friendly and helpful, one of them offered us some recommendations for our next stop in Santorini and delivered them right to our room because we forgot to go back to the front desk after dinner. The hotel offer transfers to/from the airport for 70 euro each way. Overall 5/5 would recommend to anyone staying in Athens.

The property is beautiful but very tiny feeling. It was hard to fit my entire family of 6 and luggage for the week in the lobby. The beds were firmer than wood. On the bright side, staff was very friendly and helpful, and the surrounding area is safe. Not a lot of 5 star options in the area so we chose this and it was only for the night before returning to the States. It was very quaint and charming and would photograph well if that was a priority.
