The staff were excellent - very nice and helpful. The hotel is doing some work, so there were times it was loud. I know that's temporary, so not a big deal. Overall, I would stay there again.

I would like to suggest that for the family residence, open up to maximum of 3 adults or 4 adults. As it is quite spacious for 3 adults! It would be a waste for 2 adults and 2 kids only.
