I had the intent of booking this hotel just for one night in between my evening flight and my ferry out of the port the next morning. The hotel's policy stated that for a late check-in, you must call in advance and notify the hotel before booking, which I did. Once I had the confirmation for a late check-in time I booked my stay. Upon arrival, I was told that they do not accommodate late check-ins, even though it states they do on their policies. I asked if we could check into our room anyway and was told no. It being late at night and having nowhere else to go, I had to spend the night on the streets of Athens. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of clarity and overall lack of care I experienced with this hotel. As a young woman traveling having to spend the night on the streets of an unfamiliar city was extremely nerve-wracking. I feel as though I was taken advantage of and quite frankly scammed. Why advertise late check-in, just to go back on your word?

We want to clarify that the issue does not pertain to a late check-in, as we do accommodate late check-ins at our hotel. The problem arose due to an error you had made to the dates provided us for your reservation.We understand that mistakes are happens as your unexpected situation of a mistaken booking but unfortunately, due to our hotel being fully booked, we were unable to accommodate you with another room. However, our dedicated staff assisted you by guiding you to a 24-hour open store 3 minutes by walk from our hotel where you could find sustenance, food or anything else you'd liked until your ferry departure so you didn't have to,3 people walk around the streets of Piraeus without a purpose. We appreciate your understanding of our hotel policies. It is essential to ensure that all reservation details, including dates, are accurately provided during the booking process. Our policies apply based on the information provided at the time of reservation, the issue here is that you have came one day earlier from the date you want it to, so the problem in this situation is not our policies but the wrong dates that you had provided to our hotel.Please understand that the situation was beyond our control, and we genuinely empathize with your dissatisfaction. Despite our hotel being fully booked, we made every effort within our means to assist you. If you have any further concerns or if there's anything else we can assist you with, please do not hesitate to contact us. Stayed for just a night at the hotel. It was comfortable with a relatively spacious room and bathroom. Property is a bit dated however the location (right by the port, metro, and few minutes walk to the marina) and the fantastic staff make up for it.

Good, clean single room on top floor with huge balcony. Excellent value. Great AC, mini fridge & TV (1 English channel, BBC, and some music channels). Several steps to the small elevator. Bottles of water sold in lobby (large bottle 1 Euro, small .50). Restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops nearby. Quick and easy walk from airport bus stop.

The hotel is very clean , and new from inside. I got a superior room with balcony. It was big enough for 2 and the bathroom also. 2 small things that needed to be added , outdoor furniture and small bathroom accessories to put ur tooth paste and brush

All staff friendly and helpful, good size clean room . Located near ferry dock to Greek islands. Taxi drivers at port are crooks , will try to rip you off every time. Metro stations to Athens 2 blocks away. 20 minutes to down town Athens. Would stay there again!

So very convenient (easy walking distance) for ferries to the islands, very friendly and welcoming staff, clean practical and comfortable rooms (not 5-star luxury), close to fantastic dining options around Zea harbour. If looking for a one / two night stopover before visiting the Greek Islands or taking a cruise, this hotel is recommended.

The People at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The room was a good size and had a queen bed and one twin bed. It didn't have some plates or cups which could have made our stay more useful. The area was close and convient for those who need to travel by boats and have nice cafes and restaurants.

Although the room wasn't equipped with the following, I was given them on request: Extra pillow Hot water kettle - there are no coffee fixings in the room, but a coffee shop immediately across the street. Also, like every hotel I stayed at in Greece the mattress was very hard. I like a firm mattress, but they all made my shoulders and hips sore, leading to a more restless night. I'm 5'10", 180 lbs, so an average guy. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Perfect little understated gem of a hotel
This little hotel is a perfect gem. This was my second stay with them. It is spotlessly clean and comfortable with everything one needs (great shower, great bed, good wifi, a little fridge and some with spacious balconies)and a friendly helpful staff, as well. The location is close to the ferry port and the beautiful Piraeus marina, restaurants, shopping, etc. It only has 20 rooms and you could easily fail to notice it as you walk by. The lobby is simple and understated and gives no clue to what a perfect little refuge is contained within. I just love it!

Great small hotel for a quick overnight in Piraeus. Owner/manager spoke excellent English and was very helpful in providing suggestions to nearby restaurants. I will be back next summer and will not hesitate to stay again after staying at several other hotels in the Piraeus area in years past. This will now be my "go to".

Good stop for a solo traveller
Great place! No-frills hotel, good price and a convenient location if you’re catching a ferry after your stay. Staff was very friendly, available at the front desk 24 hours a day. Room was very clean.

Great place to stay while visiting Piraeus
Great stay in Piraeus. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful and the bed and room were comfortable. Very convenient to get to the marina, port and downtown Piraeus, which had great places to walk, explore and eat.

Comfortable, clean and appealing at a great rate
I just stayed overnight before taking a ferry to the islands. I was pleasantly surprised at the amenities and quality of accommodations at such a good rate. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely return.
