Horrible experience we were assigned a room and when we went in there was an older couple resting in bed. My husband walked in first and turned around quickly to get out. The couple was startled and we were all embarras. The husband came outside to talk to us and we compared the tags where the staff write the room
Number and we were both assigned the same room. Reception assigned us another room with no real explanation or apology. Our room was never serviced therefore trash was not removed. Towels were not replaced. Bathroom had Half used roll of toilet paper and since room was never serviced it was never replaced. At the time of check out I was being overcharged and had to request a breakdown. They had to remove the wrong charges and the same happened to another guests. The outside of the hotel was dirty and could use some power washing, that and the homeless nearby gave an uneasy feeling when we first pulled up to the hotel. The only positive is the staff in the breakfast buffet, they were all very attentive, efficient and friendly.
