"No room cleaning on daily basis until check out which means that the towels are the same. No toiletries given, toothbrush and toothpaste. General liquid for soap and shampoo. The jug given is dirty, unwashed. No fridge to store food. No view because the front is another building with workers who live without drawing the curtain. The bed is comfortable and can sleep peacefully at night. The water, air conditioner and wifi is good."

"This place is awful. Every bed has stains on the sheets. Some have blood, others dirt. Our son's bed has sand in it. The bathrooms are dirty - there is mold growing in the showers, and the toilets haven’t been cleaned. The glass shower doors are filthy. The rags for the kitchen: were hard and crusted on the kitchen counter where they were left to dry. The kitchen sponge is at least 8 months old. It’s disgusting. "No lift,only staircase.Inconvinien for old folk or with heavy luggage if you stay lvl 3. 1st glance of room looks ok. But later found small cockroach in the room. Also a small insect on bed sheet.And also, there is small ants on the wall and table. Room is spacious with window for superior type.The toilet layout is strange that need 3 steps on it.Poor sound proof. Wont be return if have a choice."

"+ Friendly staff + Nice design + Very nice price + Balcony - There was nowhere to store luggage in the room. I don't mind a small room but it was a bit cramped with our suitcases. Storage under the bed could have been a solution. - The WiFi was unstable - The traffic from the highway outside was a bit loud"

"What I like 1. Sheltered walkway to MRT station. 2. Quite a number of shops at below, also have 7-eleven cafe too. What I dislike 1. The windows are faulty, unable to close and lock. 2. Water dripping at below basin. 3. Could not adjust the volume of TV. The smart TV do not have youtube. 4. Both the air-con are not cold. 5. Shower cream and shampoo are not top up."

"两张很小的单人床 马币72林吉一晚 问题是房间非常肮脏! 冷气在床头的上方 一层厚厚的灰尘 床边的墙壁都脏兮兮的 是我见过最糟糕的一家酒店!!! 在房间洗个澡然后出外吃东西后回房间拿了行李直接退房! 就算亏了72令吉我也不愿意 在这里呆一晚!!!"

"It was a pretty decent hotel, comfortable and big room. The walls were thick but there was some very noisy guests, but that's not the hotel's fault. However, the location was not very convenient, there's a big highway right in front of it and the only way to cross was a walkway that was about 500m from the hotel. Also, not a whole lot to see in the surrounding area."
