The AC in the main part of the building was either turned off or broken. There was a random shopping cart in the middle of the empty lobby. It took 5 minutes of standing at the front desk before anyone came to check us in. The shower faucet loudly leaked the whole time. The shower curtain rod was broken so the curtain wouldn't close while showering. There was mold in the bathroom to the point you could smell it. The door to the room barely closed and there was not a latch on the door so it did not feel secure. One of the two beds in the room was broken so it sagged all night. The room AC unit rattled and took awhile to turn on. The dry wall was pealing in the room. It felt overall dirty and unsafe. It should have been a $20 room instead of what we paid for. We stuck it out and quickly left in the morning.

The rooms were not what you pay for. The rooms were dirty. Stuff was broken and felt like staff didnt care. Room cleaners had their kids with them running around and screaming. They even said if you dont stay in the room for More than 15 mins no charge because they dont have to charge a room cleaning fee. There is alot that can be done in less then 15 mins in a room. In all the rooms still were dirty not cleaned properly. Your feet even stuck to the floors from the cleaning supplies not being cleaned up properly.

It is an unsafe environment. Drugs are being dealt there. There are prostitutes hanging around the property. When you walk through the halls, all you smell is smoke. The one and only night I stayed there, cops were being called to the property because of domestic violence was happening. There was homeless people walking around. I feared for the safety of myself and my family. The employees were not friendly at all.

The common areas could use some updates, but the room was very clean, bed was comfortable, and you have a fridge and microwave which you don't usually get for the price. It was walking distance from where we were visiting and that was a plus.

I’m not usually one to write reviews, but it was so bad that I had to tell others: do NOT stay here. Service did not care about you, the room looked ancient and dirty, the noise was super loud, and worst of all, the doors connecting rooms were missing knobs, exposing the hole where a knob was supposed to be, so basically the other room would be able to see and hear you . They also gave Expedia a hard time when they tried to get me a refund, agreeing to give me a partial refund but then the next week denying it happened.

After checking in, I walked up to my room to find not a single chair in the room. Nor a towel. Nor a a blanket, only a sheet. Several beetles crawling around at different points. Would never stay here again unless there was no other option.

I dont lnow if the owners just got the building and were in the process of fixing it up but it was awful...the light on the 2lamps in the room were old worn out dim n falling apart..i cud not use the bath..it was literally falling apart and seemed 2b a hazard..i was never able 2watch tv..4the 'repair' person never came..i had 2get my door re-keyed every nite b4 entering my room..and the beds were beyond old n worn out with the thinnest sheets on earth..n dont expect privacy for the bathroom...the handle was broken n it didnt close n the pite switch was outside the bathroom..it was better than its cousin hotel on delk road (with the same name) which was a habitat for drugs and bugs..it shud b condemed I dont like doing these kind of reviews but i was in total disbelief that these places exist..the pics displayed were fake..take caution on where u stay please! Learn from my mistake!

It was meh
The price for the room amazing but the hotel it’s self claimed to be smoke free it WAS NOT it reeked so bad of cigarettes in the whole building. It had a deep tub and a nice walk in shower but the keys didn’t work in the tub. The shower was fine the toilet was very wobbly and the bathroom it’s self very small. The room is large and has a pull out couch but it was so disgusting and stained we didn’t even want my kid to sleep on it. Doesn’t look like they clean to well if some things was replaced and a deep clean was done it wouldn’t be bad.

Looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. No shades on the lamps. No back on the remote and we had to unplug the TV to get it turned off. No phone in the room. The whole place is tagged and one room had music blasting Abbe the door slamming all night. Even if it was quiet the bed and pillows where so lumpy we wouldn’t have been able to sleep.

i waited for an hour at the front desk and no one showed up to check me and my friends in. we ended up leaving and going somewhere else before they called us and told us to come back. we had already paid so we did. the place reeked of mold and cigarettes

We ultimately ended up not even staying. Hotel smelled foul and old food ground into hallway carpets. Holes in the wall along with people running around yelling and partying. We took one look at the room and went back down to get a refund at the front desk.

I arrived at 3:00pm check in time . I booked the reservation previously at that point. When i got my email itinerary out showed the hotel employee . He says it wasn’t confirmed though so u couldn’t check in. I then called Expedia ,stayed on the phone for 2 hours and kept on hold over and over gave my phone to the desk clerk to speak with Expedia rep and they concluded that it was an error in/on their end .they said I had to speak with an Expedia manager who wasn’t fhere at the time They said it could take up until tomorrow before Expedia confirms the reservation. So I literally stood stuck in that lobby waiting patiently. I never got to make contact with the Expedia I was on for. I never stayed in the room

Please do not stay here. This is by far the most disgusting motel I’ve ever been in. We walked into the room and immediately left. First my husband used the restroom so they charged us for one night. Drug paraphernalia in the side drawer. Bed and pillows looked like they came from a crack house. Walls and lights were busted and broken. Plumbing did not work. This building needs to be torn down. Guy working the front desk was rude. Pics on here are so deceitful.

The place was nothing like the pics online. I mena nothing. Only had a sheet and very thin blanket. The place smelled really bad. Asked for towels cuz I had to use mine to clean the water from the air conditioner. Never got the towels. Asked for extra pillow cuz we had one for a king bed never got it. No soap or wash clothes. The lock on door was broke so felt unsafe all night. Was no smoking room but smelled like cigarettes and death. Shower and entire bathroom need some tile work and needed to be cleaned. Elevator smellled worse than the room and sounded like it was going to break at any moment. Was gonna use stairs but there was always someone there just hanging being creepy.
