"First, the positives - reasonable price, great location near the main square, wonderful breakfast buffet, and kind and helpful front desk staff. Second, areas needing improvement - lighting was poor, bed linens uncomfortable and too heavy, but especially no hot water. I was excited to see a bathtub, but only lukewarm water and no plug. A staff person came to the room to "fix" but not remedied. Two nights with no hot water a bummer. Would have been great otherwise."

"It was a very special and unforgettable experience spending one night at a floating island hotel on Titicaca Lake, though the conditions were not that as good as staying in a "real hotel" in the city and it was freezing at night. The bed in my room was very uncomfortable and there was a lot of street noise, but I asked to switch rooms for the second night and though the room was smaller it was much quieter and the bed was very comfortable.
