"Really enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Grand Chancellor! The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, and the bed was super comfortable — perfect after a long day out. The staff were welcoming and professional, and the location made it easy to get around. Highly recommend for a relaxing and comfortable stay."

"Sadly, the spa was not working and this was one of the draw cards for us. Also, we had 2 drinks charged to our room that were not ordered by us. Staff should never reveal guests names. When we did order drinks, from Our Land is Alive bar, we paid with cash. However when staff asked us for our room number, and we gave it, she replied by giving us our name which should never happen. Other than this, we do love Cordis."

"The self check in was easy and a staff member was there if we needed help. Car parking was easy but was $35 a night, it should be cheaper or free if you are staying the night. Excellent room and services."

"Our stay at this hotel was excellent. We stayed in the 2 bedroom option and there was plenty of space. The kitchen amenities were goid, and the washer/dryer combo was great to have ( once we figured out how to use it). The staff was friendly and accommodating. It was close to the busline and restauraunts. The only thing I would suggest is putting another mirror or two in the room. 4 females getting ready with only one mirror in the bathroom was a little challenging. Overall, it was great!"

"Nice large room with a surprise upgrade. We have stayed before on a number of occasions and our stay is always quiet and comfortable. The beds is comfortable. This was our first time in a room with a sink/fridge and small sitting area. Very nice if you are staying more than one night. We did note an odd smell in the bathroom from the shower drain but this dissipated after we ran some water."

"We really enjoyed staying here Very central It was our fault we lost the parking ticket to the car park they lease one level , was told nothing they could do so $75.00 later we paid to get car out felt they could of assisted more in respect to that Apart from that 5/5 from us "
