Very much enjoyed my stay here. The staff at reception were very welcoming and helped me carry my bags up to my room. My room was upgraded due to maintenance, the room was nice and spacious and suited my needs during my stay. It was also super close to the event I was attending over the weekend.

Came up for an event at Eden Park. Numerous transport options so close. Property is clean and tidy if slightly dated. Excellent value for money.

Overall we enjoyed our stay had a penthouse suite for concert at eden park with 4 beds in one open room. Facility is old but quaint. Room was very very hot even with aircon due to the roof style but had its own balcony. In need of some repair but would stay again for the price. Handy to eden park for reference.

It is an older property but has some interesting characteristics- we were upgraded to the penthouse suite and appreciated the quirkyness. The staff were very helpful.

I stayed here for one night for a concert and that was too much. The bathroom smelled like a Portaloo as soon as we walked in, the toilet was leaking. The shower curtain was crusty and the wall of the shower had mould on it so showering here didn’t make you feel clean. The bed was the hardest bed I’d ever come across so sleeping was a challenge. The decor is dated which honestly is no big deal but it was just a cherry on top. The reception was fine and the staff were friendly enough when I told them that their toilet was leaking. But I won’t be staying here ever again

The room had plenty of space for a few people, it was on the top floor which could be difficult for those who have multiple children staying.
