This property was so wonderful, spacious, and as the name suggests - roomie! The layout was so lovely, almost like having your own personal tiny home. By far the largest hotel room I've ever stayed in. I didn't even realise it had a full kitchen until I arrived, I was so pleasantly surprised. The whole building smelled very lovely and was very clean. Would definitely stay here again

Perfect accommodation and location for our event and the coffee shop / eatery that they recommend has excellent food and service .Hotel room is as per the photos highly recommend

We booked this hotel at last minute after our original Vrbo apt cancelled our reservation on the day of checkin. The place is about 20min drive to the CBD but very quiet. It is about 2 yr old in 3 story apt building with a gate in front of the property. Receptionist is courteous and helpful. We stayed at 206 at the end unit which has 3 king bedrooms 1 bath with kitchen and common area. Air conditioning is strong. We actually like just open the window with the nature air flow in late February. It is next to Avondale metro station. If you are heading to downtown the best way is by metro which cost about a few NZD. Uber cost 3 or 4 times more. Kitchen has stove, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher and fridge. Parking is available with a fee. But there are plenty parking along the street There is a PackN save store for groceries about 15 min walk away. We enjoyed the stay.

Good place to stay near the Avondale train station. Hotel was very clean and just outside of relatively rundown area. Wouldn't recommend walking in the area after dark. But if you Uber or drive, then you are ok in the gated hotel.

Had a great stay here. Staff super friendly and helpful. Place very clean and great quality. Literally across the street from the subway- so easy to get in and out of downtown Auckland. 10/10, would recommend.

Very clean and crazy how much space you get. AC was already running when we got in. Even provided a menu and coupons for free coffee from a cafe that is near by. We were on the top floor and could hear the trains going by--but was not too loud.

New building but didnt sleep at all due to the constant noise coming form the room. It sounded like a wind tunnel but once the door opened it would stop
