"This place is perfect. It is meticulously kept. You could eat off any of the floors. Tatiana was there to meet us and show us around and also took us to the airport very early the next morning, there is a reasonable charge for this. The common areas were very comfortable and well equipped."

"Good option to spend the night. Walking distance to the Vatican and other main areas. Taxi $50 from/to the airport. Room was ready at 2:30pm although check out is at 11am they kindly allow you to leave the luggage. Clean room, bathroom is ok (shower is tiny and no soap holder, shampoo or similar) Not luxury as the name stated but definitely a decent option to spend 1 or 2 nights while visiting Rome."

"Dear Max, we, two women aged 62 and 70, thank you for your kindness, helpfulness and reliability. The room and bathroom were clean and well-kept, and appropriate for the price. The outdoor seating area needed some love and care. The kitchen could be used for breakfast, but the chairs were not very comfortable. The house and the surrounding area were safe and the transport links were very good."
