"A/C was TERRIBLE!!! States it was 60 in the room but it was terribly hot. Miserable sleep. Beds not comfortable at all. Cheap mattresses. You would think all hotels would have at least comfortable beds by now. Thankfully I was able to open the window and it was mid 60s overnight so we were able to get some cool air in and finally sleep. Lady up front was not likeable. Nothing intentional just a rude older lady. Strong attitude when my youngest wanted a cover for the sleeper couch. Last thing I wanted to ask her was for a different room due to AC. I know it would not have ended well. First negative review I've had to write in several years. We stay in several hotels for basketball tournaments always around the same price range. Beds have always been comfortable and rooms have always been cold. Just a terrible experience overall for the one night we were there. Oh and rust water stains all over the tub. We thought it was dirt at first but just stains. But that didn't even bother me. Just the terrible beds and that terrible AC made it miserable to sleep!!! Please do better."

"Property was an example of you pay for what you get. It was dated and the hotel smells of smoke. The breakfast was waffles and bread only. There is no body lotion included in the rooms, missing equipment in the fitness center and no swimming pool. Whilst it's a convenient location the property is dated and needs a proper clean."

"Don’t let their photos fool you. This place was awful and in need of updating! It was very dark, dingy and depressing on the inside. The hall walls are scraped up and the whole place just needs a revamping. The only wonderful thing about our stay was a precious friendly lady at the front desk. Her name was Alexis from California. "
