"A wonderful hotel in a great location. Short walk to to the Roman bath and bath abbey, and so much great shopping and restaurants. The family room was so big and comfortable! Felt like a US sized hotel room. "

"Beds we very comfortable. Good quality sheets and duvet, perfectly pressed. We had two rooms. One with a balcony overlooking the river. Well worth the extra cost for before and after dinner river watching and early morning. The second room was labelled cosy double but had plenty of room. Staff very friendly and good menus.
