"A lovely, clean, modern hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast options were vast and tasted great. The spa facilities were plentiful. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. Overall a fabulous hotel that we’d definitely stay in again."

"Very well maintained , staff all top standard , breakfast - cooked and contintntal options were all good. Slight minus point re. the coffee -slightly lower quality than expected. ALso - would benefit from non slip arrangement in the shower. Otherwise very happy ! "

Of particular note are Bo at reception who quickly helped to resolve an issue upon arrival, and Alex the bar tender who was so friendly and great with his cocktail making skills! "This hotel is not 5 star, it’s more like1 star. It’s very worn, poor quality furnishings and overall is extremely tired. I recently booked and when I arrived and saw the room refused to stay. The hotel wouldn’t refund or even make a gesture so do not book non refundable. I was allocated room 8 and it was like the worst B&B from the 80’s. The headboard was stained, the chair in the room dirty, cheap bed and plastic panels to look like marble in bathroom. The hotel is nothing like the images, inside or outside. "
