"We were staying there a few days before our cruise. Bad weather hit the area and our ship was delayed. They set up a couple of meeting rooms for those of us that had no where to go until 8pm at night. Would highly recommend this hotel"

"Room was nice and I enjoyed all the features. The bathroom was excellent and I appreciated the bath and seperate shower. Our favorite feature was the balcony facing the ferris wheel and it made some enjoyable evenings while it was raining sitting on the balcony."

"The parking valet, location, and view was excellent. The breakfast buffet was also excellent. The front desk staff was not particularly helpful. Both nights of my stay, my room key did not work. It took a while to resolve and I had blisters the second night from walking so much, making it extra annoying. They forgot I was staying a second night and forgot to warn me that the streets would be closed when I arrived."
