"Upon checkin they told us they forgot to block the room we had booked and that the room was already taken. They proceeded to drop us at another hotel which seemed awful compared with the one we had paid for. I asked for shampoo and conditioner which were inherently available at the original hotel I had booked and this idiot of a guy got cheap soap bars delivered to my and my dad’s rooms!!! The bedsheets weren’t changed at all during the 4 days I stayed there and the staff gave my dad a hard time...

"An Unforgettable Stay at The Oberoi Mumbai , A True Masterclass in Hospitality Our stay at The Oberoi Mumbai was an absolute delight, an experience marked by elegance, serenity, and truly exceptional service. Nestled in the heart of the city, the hotel felt like an oasis of calm, a peaceful, refined escape amidst the vibrant buzz of Mumbai. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and genuinely cared for by the outstanding team. A special thank you to Priya at the front desk, who checked us in so graciously and set the tone for a wonderful stay. She also took us to our room and checked us in there. Our room was decorated with flowers and balloons and the bed also had throws and cushions saying Happy Birthday. She then ordered us tea and coffee and that cake with the most delicious cake and cookies . Thank you for organising that for us and it was thoroughly enjoyed. We’d like to express our heartfelt appreciation to Arjun, the Deputy Food and Beverage Manager, who consistently went out of his way to engage with us, asking about our day, offering great local restaurant recommendations, and always checking in to ensure we were enjoying our time.
