"The room was clean and staff were helpful if asked anything. The location was great and so close to the main restaurant strip! The pool was lovely not hot or cold just perfect! The breakfast was very average and most of the time the “hot” meals were cold… every morning there was something you could not order from the small list of food due to not having stock. Wifi worked outside the rooms but nothing in our room at all which was disappointing."

"It was a cute stay. The staff were sweet and plentiful and ready to help. The pool looked lovely, although we ended up not having time to use it. "Rooms were cleaned daily. Room is old and would do with a fresh paint, new grout in the shower and just everything freshen up. Housekeeping was great and very friendly and helpful. The pool was quiet however only 2 umbrellas and the decking is worn and needs to be replaced. For the price and location the hotel is good. The restaurant downstairs was good for a drink and snack. New Management seems to be making great changes, I look forward to seeing how it improves between now and my next stay next year."

"Clean and good size room , I had 2 double bed room for myself and my teenage grandkids. Staff were very friendly and helpful when we needed, great buffet breakfast with variety. Hard Rock Hotel is a family friendly my grandkids love it, there’s also something to do everyday. We travel as family and it’s was 9 of us. Thank you Hard Hotel Bali we had a great trip and a memorable one. Highly recommended."

"Some staff is really helpful while some can test your patience. I asked 1 of the receptionist to get me a towel as I was going into pool. She did not do anything until I went in, came back and asked her where's the towel. Then she sent someone. Her effort for this and other day for trying to my find something I left a day before was also pathetic. I explained everything, showed the photo. Yet after I got another call asking about same thing. Funny enough they never got back to me about it. When I enquired afterwards, then they said they couldn't find it. Now there were other staff members who were really helpful but some just weren't. Also, the pool was dirty."
