The breakfasts were amazing! Very clean and friendly staff. Great sitting area on the roof. Good wifi. Close to pier. Near restaurants and walkable to town center. Highly recommend.

AGAM Hotel Boutique Bacalar - Adults Only
the water coming out of the pipes smell terrible and I ask the staff and they told me that the water in the area has that issue. The towels smell pretty bad the building has been remodeled and looks good, but the issues with the water are too much,
