"This was really the best hotel we were on our trip for two weeks. We stayed for five nights. Wonderful bedroom and bathroom. Front desk staff amazing, they helped us in everything we needed. And always with a big smile on the mouth. I want to recognize the job done by Lisa and Sara at front desk, and the job done by John in the restaurant serving us with excellence. Thanks for all John, Lisa, and Sara. If I will be in Vienna again, no doubt I will be in the Ananas. It is located very close to the city center, and close to the Schonbrun Palace too. "One of the best experience from the beginning to the end, especially the first impression front desk concierge Mr. Achmed, (sorry if I didn't spell his name right), but he made the whole experience fantastic, from getting tickets to the opera, recommending and getting reservation to the best restaurants, to knock at our room door to bring my wife a delicios chocolate cake to I wish her a happy b-day, I wish I can have this kind of employee in my business, he deserve everything about this review.
