Understated but very comfortable
Practically located close to the slopes although the shuttle services was nice. Very attentive service and a large and comfortable room with all amenities you need. Ski locker and nice, but simple spa.For the price, we will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay, the room lots of space, pleasant staff lovely breakfast and a nice relaxing spa. The hotel location was awesome, right in the middle of everything. And if you want to go a bit further, the hotel vans will take you or pick you up from anywhere, would definitely recommend. Thanks to all staff for the excellent stay.

Last minute pick and lovely hotel.
We made a last-minute decision to go to Verbier and found this hotel. The hotel is extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast has many different choices and is included. The hotel bar is very roomy and the couches are extremely comfortable! The drinks are also very generous and yummy. The shuttle are so fast and everyone was so friendly and informative. The ski lockers were very convenient. Love the town and the hotel was so close to everything. The only negative is the hot tub is indoors and very steamy. Otherwise a wonderful hotel.

A great stay
We really enjoyed our stay we had a superior duplex room lots of space. Greta shuttle service, pleasant staff lovely breakfast and a nice relaxing spa, would definitely recommend as right in the centre of town.

Overall great experience for a weekend getaway :)
My friend & I stayed two nights at this hotel and absolutely loved it! It’s in a perfect location...central to everything, the private, complimentary (and very prompt) shuttle service was definitely appreciated too, especially after a long day of skiing! They also took care of every single request we had, including making last minute dinner reservations at one of the best restaurants in town — they were always so nice and accommodating. The manager even went way out of her way and helped me lug my suitcase across the square to make our bus in time the day of our departure, which is not something you see very often with hotel staff, even at the smaller boutique hotels. All in all, we very much enjoyed our stay here while visiting Verbier!

Le Vanessa should be awarded a 5th STAR for the staff kindness and professionalism. They made verbier a place worth visiting. I only wish they could make breakfast more diversified we stayed a week and we could have enjoyed a small change in the breakfast buffet.

Fantastic hotel. Everything was perfect.
Great hotel. Great location. They have a courtesy mini bus service which is amazing. You let them know what lift you want to go to and they run you there. Also, if you want to go out in the evening they will drop you at your chosen restaurant. When you are done with your day/evening just give them a call and they come and pick you up. Fantastic service.

Freundlichkeit pur!
Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Das Personal, insbesondere im Service, ist sehr gut geschult und überaus freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Eine riesiges Plus ist der Shuttle zu den Bahnen, der das Hotel kostenlos offeriert. Auch der Fahrer aus der Bretagne war äusserst zuvorkommend und nett. Alles in Allem war der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr positiv, obwohl sich die Preise für Schweizer Verhältnisse im oberen Limit befinden.

Lage, Einrichtung und auch das Frühstücksbuffet sind hervorragend. Der Wellnessbereich ist zwar schön gemacht, jedoch ist die innenliegende Lage sehr unattraktiv. Das Essen im Restaurant ist zwar hervorragend, aber die Preise sind leider viel zu hoch (Was leider auch für andere Restaurants in Verbier zutrifft). Uns hat der Aufenthalt gut gefallen.

Perfekte Lage. Mit dem Shuttle auf Abruf wird man zum Skilift gebracht und abgeholt.super Service. Sehr, SEHR nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Tiefgaragenparkplatz perfekt. Alles in Laufnähe. Kleines Bad. Sauna ist im Keller, ohne Fenster.

Perfect location and great service
Great service, outstanding staff, free shuttle service to the gondola, location was great, breakfast was very good. overall a hotel i would recommend to anybody that want to go to Verbier. The team in the reception made you feel like "home" they were very service minded and shared both places to go to for good afterski, lunch, dinner, places to stop and eat or take a bear at on the mountain.
