"Staff was nice. Place was very pretty and clean. So close to good sheperd for those who like to try their famous Ube Halaya.
Only comment was after the power outage for less than an hour.. the hot water was gone too.😕
But that was it. Evertyhing else, I’m giving a thumbs up 👍"
"Excellent location right up from the rose garden in Burnham Park. Taxis and Jeepneys just out the front door. Located in the middle of a bunch of cafes and restaurants. Night market is a few minutes walk away. If you want easy access to central Baguio, this is a good place. FYI, hotel is up the elevator next to Watsons on the third floor. There's only a small sign for the hotel at the road, so look for Watsons and you're there. "
"Excellent customer service from every department. Amazing atmosphere. Beautiful. clean & spacious room.overall, it’s above and beyond my expectations. Highly recommended. "
