"I had a horrible stay. The power went out for about 5 hrs and it was so hot and dark. They didn’t have a back-up generator. Didn’t feel safe. Thank god the power came back on late night and I was able to see with some the fan and ventilation. It was extremely noisy in that area. Alot of foot and car traffic. And the church across the street from us had an event with loud sound system. Although beautiful to see people in congregation and hear the music it was loud! "

"My stay was from Dec 18th thru 19th 2024, on Dec 16th, I was charged by part of the booking, on my checkout, the owner/administrator, charged me for the full amount ¿? when claiming to Hotels/Expedia, they denied the charge, the owner as well, so I paid full amount again, in cash (hotel receive only cash ¿?) I claim to Bank and they helped me at least at the moment. Did Hotels/Expedia shared my personal information? the hotel charged me without my authorization."
