"This hotel is in a fantastic location! Walk to everything and so convenient being connected to the shopping centre. Staff were incredibly helpful. Only downside I can think of was that the pool has limited hours. It didn’t open until 3 pm."

"Great property in walking distance of many must-sees. The pool was a bit underwhelming and the on-site restaurant left much to be desired as far as close-by places you can count on to be good. But overall a great price for the location. Easy uber pickup and drop off and close to transit stops. Walking distance to st. Catherine and Bell Center. The staff on check-in seemed a little uninterested but throughout the stay they were lovely so perhaps just a rough day. Rooms are nice, great sized fridge in room. The common areas are really nice and welcoming. Overall, would return for another stay in this beautiful city! "
