Não acredito que seja 4 estrelas. Para o primeiro andar não tem elevador. No dia do check out, eu precisava sair às 8h e foram abrir a recepção apenas às 8:30, fiquei esperando no lobby. "We arrived to this centrally-located hotel with very little trouble. Located in the center of Lisboa, it is very close to Restaurandores and Rossio metro stops, shops, dining, and tourist sites. We had not received the entry codes ahead of time but the hotel staff promptly provided the details and walked us up to our room.
