The staff was very helpful as we tried to get back to the United States during the Covid-19 crisis. Very professional during a stressful time. Breakfast was great. Wish we had more time before we had to leave for our flight.

The hotel has an old style grandeur which is appealing. The staff were friendly and helpful (particularly the concierge on the morning of 8th March - his advice helped us make the most of our stay). The breakfast service was excellent.

The room is clean, spacious and well appointed. Great location with the blue line subway station right next to the hotel and the station for the green line is within 5 minutes walk. Best of all, the concierge and receptionist are extremely helpful. The included breakfast is very good, high quality food, good selection of fruits and desserts but it is the same stuff every day. There are many choices of restaurants within a few minutes walk in every direction. Would stay again.
