The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, making us feel right at home. Each morning, we enjoyed a delicious hot buffet breakfast, which was a great way to start the day. Room is fairly small but it was very nice stay. Kind staff and great location to everywhere. Welcome wine was plus. Only down thing was we couldn’t get a parking for a mini van we rented.

My wife and I have just returned from a 6 night stay at this wonderful hotel. It’s is a beautiful environment and is kept exceptionally clean at all times. All staff we encountered were happy, polite, helpful and professional and just really nice people. Our room was very well equipped, spacious, clean and very well maintained throughout our stay. The breakfast choices were excellent even for my vegan requirements. I cannot praise this hotel highly enough - we had a wonderful first visit to Lisbon and this hotel has made us both want to return again soon.

Such a cute hotel. Location itself if great but there is a building across that street for sale that appears to be abandoned. Once in the hotel there is an amazing atmosphere. Staff is excellent. Updated interior done with local charm!
