This was a cute boutique hotel with spacious rooms and bathroom (as compared to other rooms in Europe). The staff was very helpful and accommodating. It was a very convenient location and very walkable to various dining and shopping options and also close to the metro.

The location is the best. Walking distance to main attractions. Price was affordable. The room is surprisingly big and clean. The Recepcionist (all of them) are very kind, professional and helpful. My room wasn’t ready bc I got to the hotel very early but I was able to leave my luggage at the hotel. I will recommend this hotel 100%.

Me and my partner recently visited Lisbon and had the pleasure of staying at 8 downtown suites, the staff couldn’t do any more for us as they were all so friendly, informative and just all round great! The only thing I would say is that the room could do with a freshen up.

Last minute booking after being left out in cold by Airbnb property upon our cruise disembarkation, Would have booked this first. Old building in the heart of Viejo San Juan. Church across the Street. We attended an incredible service at 5:30am. Staff is extremely attentive. Open bar, everything was but a few minutes away, WALKING !!! Definitely ask for Christian, he is fantastic, friendly, attentive and knowledgeable !!!
