"Comparing this to the Maldives - All inclusive isn’t the best deal as you only get 30% off restaurants and menus outside the standard AI - Beaches are beautiful but public so expect to be hassled by locals selling things - Staff need training, not overly attentive and when making a complaint - not hugely responsive It’s a lovely hotel, beautiful setting but food options are limited in my opinion (even the truck for street food is very very greasy and unhealthy) *"

They accommodated each and every request for him which made such a difference for us. Such a welcoming and inclusive hotel and staff. The team at the Palm Court restaurant for breakfast and dinner were beyond brilliant - managing our timings and needs for him on demand. 10000% brilliant, cannot wait to come back! "The staff is excellent and exceptionally helpful. Special thanks to receptionist Dini, buggy driver Sanjeev, trip coordinator Melanie, and the wait staff who remembered everything about us. Met some delightful people. The grounds are lush and beautiful. Temperatures of air and ocean are ideal (Oct.). Caution for those who have difficulty with stairs or long walks. There are workarounds, but they require golf carts (“buggies”) to be called."

"We had the most wonderful stay at Long Beach Resort! The staff went above and beyond – they were always so friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Our family suite was absolutely beautiful – spotless, spacious, and perfectly designed for a family stay. The resort itself was immaculate, with every facility kept clean and well-maintained. A highlight for our children was the Kids Club – they absolutely loved it! The staff there were warm, welcoming, and so attentive to the kids. Dining at the resort was another incredible experience. Every restaurant we tried offered delicious food with a great variety, making every meal something to look forward to. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. Everything was perfect, and we truly cannot wait to come back again. Highly recommend Long Beach to anyone looking for a beautiful, family-friendly resort with top-notch service."
