"We have eaten here before but first time we stayed. Historic old world feel. very pleasant receptionist on arrival showing us to our room. Room was small even though it wasn't the economy room and there are no real views. Oddly the mini fridge is on the floor so you have to crouch down to get to it, very awkward indeed! Not a great fan of over bath shower but it was ok. The spa is nice though don't expect to go for a swim the

"Brilliant from start to finish, from the wee man at the front door doing the complimentary valet parking to the waiting staff was exceptional, the food was just beautiful in all the restaurants especially the Castle kitchen restaurant and the added bonus was the transport to the castle , excellent!!!! The spa and thermal village is just amazing even in January!!!! We will definitely return in the not too distant future, 5 star !"
