"Upon checking in one of our rooms had a leak and the staff were helpful and offered us a new room. The hotel is well maintained and clean. Very convenient if you want to go to the Night Bazaar.The scent when you enter the hotel lobby is quite strong. Other than that our stay was excellent and I would recommend this hotel."

"Stayed in the Lanna Deluxe Room which was supposed to have a double bed but was a king!!!๐ Room and hotel were clean, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was big with a huge shower and room was very quiet. Pool was decent as well. We didnโt eat at the restaurant on site but rather ate at GoodSouls Restaurant which is a 3 minute walk and was better for us since we are plant based. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Chiang Mai."
