"I would highly recommend Pillows Boutique Hotel if you don't need to be in the heart of Chiang Mai, and want a luxury hotel for a budget price. The rooms were very nice, very clean, in a quiet area and only 10 minutes or so from central Chiang Mai by car. The only negative was having to go outside the hotel to smoke as there was no balcony, but that is a very minor inconvenience. "This was a nice place for a cheap price on a very beautiful piece of property which was very well kept.
Breakfast was offered in the mornings in the pool area, cleaning is available on request just by putting the sign on the door before leaving the room for the day.

But once I return to my room in the evening, some of my cosmetics didn't placed in the same position. Even my perfume which I put in the closed box, the box kept opened when I return to the room. "This is a dram of a hotel in a quiet area of the Old City. The hotel itself is amazing, with beautiful common spaces and rooms (the terracotta theme from the family factory that -owns the hotel adds to the magic). Breakfast is generous and the pool is very good, especially considering that this is a dense residential and historic area. Very nice location that is close to the sights of the Old city. Easy access to amenities but very quiet!
