Very convenient ideal for short trip not for a vacation

The hotel receptionist was very helpful. I had an early morning and left before 5am so he helped pack some breakfast for me, and had the bill ready so I could leave without any hassle. The club lounge was unstaffed during cocktail hours(probably because there weren’t many guests on that day) and I needed to call someone to open the drinks. But all else was good. The view of the lake is beautiful and the room was very clean. I think it’s the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Putrajaya.

The staffs are all welcoming and helpful.. The area is easy access to shop and restaurant.. I loveee it. Thank you i will definitely be back.

I was at Cyberview for a friend's wedding weekend. The place is such a relaxing place and all of the staffs are very friendly and helpful to accommodate to my requests. I wanted to have adjacent rooms to my friend and we got a free upgrade, and one of the rooms even got an early check in. Highly recommended for families with kids.

need to upgrade, but overall still acceptable. Fitness centre treadmill almost down feel itchy halfway sleep in the night, not sure i;m dirty :) or the cover

The staff are very kind and the room is clean and quiet.

Easy and quick check in. Clean and comfortable room. No issues at all with facilities. Easy access to the adjacent mall with reasonable food options. I would be happy to stay here again.

Stay 1 night, very nice and spacious. Easy check in and check out process. Location is very convenient, Pavillion is just beside the building.

Next time will choose to stay more day there.
