Hotel located besides highway, attached with Cheras Central Mall, it's Convenience to go a walk or cinema. Many local good food around, such as Taman Connaught Dim Sum, not by walking distance but easy access by Grab or Uber. Room is spacious and clean, bed is conformble, hotel staffs are courtesy. Fuss-free check in and out. Convenient location to a cafe right opposite and other touristy spots nearby. The staff were professional, welcoming and approachable!
We were lucky and got upgraded to a room with the city view. Rooms were clean, functional and spacious for our simple luggage. Overall a really pleasant stay, will definitely book this hotel again for future visits!

Mosaic restaurant staffs very efficient & helpful.. (Reza). Buffet breakfast - wide spread.
Checkin & out has no issue. Front desk staff Nik was excellent.
Rooms are fully equipped & comfortable beds! Housekeeper Ros has kept the room tidy & clean at all time!
But it would be better if the toilets door could be latched & comes with shower curtain....
