I am happy with Arion Swiss Bell Hotel, but not happy with Expedia.co.id. I book 3 rooms with breakfast but expedia not mentioned in the hotel booking voucher. Luckily the hotel manager gave us breakfast in the room

Comfortable hotel in a strategic location, very close to the central train station in Bandung. Breakfast buffet has a wide selection, but the taste could be improved.

Great location, easy access to the train station, restaurants, markets etc. The staff are lovely and most helpful. The rooms are clean and the whole hotel is very well presented. Overall, our only complaint was the showers which were always only just luke warm, but perhaps this is something that was just happening during our stay. Well done!

Worst stay ever
For sure not coming back unless i really really have to, given no other choice. The hotel failed to give us the non-smoking room that was promised prior to reservation been made, gave us upgrade 1 level higher to compensate, but the room is sucks, it’s dusty, lots of ants, smells. The hotel use the same room and sell it as non-smoking and smoking room at the same time, basically they’ll give treatment to smoking room and sell it as non-smoking, and don’t have dedicated non-smoking floor, the smell of the cigarette is very strong in the hall way, and you need to inhale it while you waiting for the snail speed elevator to come. The reception promised me that he’ll get back to me with the name of ladies who took my call during reservation and promised me to reserved non-smoking room on “non-smokin floor”, but never get back to me Food is sucks, few options, taste bad and the egg station can’t even cook proper sunny side up. Super slow check-in check-out process, and barely have concierge service, they only have 1 man to cover concierge, bell boy, door man.

Located less than a kilometer from the Bandung (BD) train station and right at the heart of the city, Arion Swiss-Belhotel is strategic and convenient for any traveler. The hotel staff was accommodating and helpful. We stayed in the Family Suite and the room was clean and spacious for a family of four adults. The hotel was lovely but the rooms, amenities, and facilities really need to be upgraded and maintained better, especially since it is a 4-star hotel. There were obvious wear and tear which remain untended, the breakfast spread could use more variety, and service needs to be quicker & more proactive.

Decent hotel closed to train station
The hotel is closed to train station. Nearby you can find Kartikasari and Lontong Kari Kebon Karet. Breakfast starts at 6 am and offers various selection of Indonesian and western.

Nice and cosy hotel
Nice and cosy hotel to stay in during your trip. Staffs are very friendly. Wide spread of choices for breakfast buffet. But I do hope that the rooms will be carpeted. Cos Bandung has a nice cooling weather. With no carpet, it can be really bad for those who can't stand the cold floor due to bad bones.

Arian Swiss Belhotel can be disappointing
The hotel location is near airport and quite near the town. So that's good. Buffet quite limited and boring but I can do ok wii toast and eggs. Ala carte dishes not bad and quite reasonable. Overall reception a little small but if it's not crowded, it's fine. Room size pretty comfortable but bathroom is way due for renovation. I booked for 2 nights then decided to extend another 2 nights but had to pay more for Business rooms. When I'm supposed to move rooms, they told me there isn't any single room left. So finally all of us had to stayed back with our Deluxe Rooms. That was quite a disappointment as I mentioned that I've paid more and Hotels.com accepted my payment. So how can there be no rooms. That was another disappointment. Then there was an incident when I asked one restaurant staff if I could have coffee using my Welcome Drink coupon and he said Yes. Then after we had our coffees, I was told that I had to pay for it. Later, they said that there was a misunderstanding as Welcome Drink coupon is good only for Guava juice. That's another disappointment. When one of my friend wanted to make a local call through the hotel phone, the reception requested that he has to come down first to placed a deposit (think is about S$30) before they will connect the line. I don't know if this is the norm, but it can be quite frustrating. It's just a local call to change the timing of our driver's schedule. You decide..... Cheers Jeremy Tan

Very cold welcome. Even if you arrive a bit early, they will stick to 2 pm checkin. Instead of welcoming they are more involved in telling you policies and rules. The swimming pool is very poorly done and very small. They misguide with including wrong amenities in the room and ask you to take a suite to avail of those amenities.

Nice hotel ,close center
Friendly and very efficient staff,nice and lots of variety of food. Place is walking distance to Pasar Baru and train terminal. Room big and bed is comfy good for big family. Room toilet not really clean. Wifi inside room not very strong.choose ur room wisely. Aircon cannot be adjusted,a bit stuffy.

Spent 2 nights during our weekend getaway in Bandung. Hotel location was good, near train station and food area. Breakfast Buffett and in-house dining was pretty good. Room was small but decent. Hallway is relatively dark....possibly due to old hotel. Terrible wifi though. Although we can connect to the wifi, but the speed is extremely slow. The hotel tried to help resolve the situation but not very successful. Kudos for trying though.

Hotel Staff, especially those at breakfast time and the bell-hops were friendly and prompt in their service. Hotel was full upon arrival and we couldn't get our request for a room with a double bed. What they did was to upgrade us but it meant a room with 2 twin beds. The safe in the room didn't work, but that was rectified immediately by eventually replacing the whole safe. There was variety at breakfast. Food could however be cooked with less oil and salt. On the last 2 days, the aircon blowers in the coffee house didn't work so it was a little warm n stuffy.

The magnetic key card sometimes don work. Breakfast was ok not much variety though.
