Nice Family Stay at Best Western Bandung
I stayed for 2 days last week. Its strategic place in heart of Bandung. Everything is greats. Park become small minor point but their valet service help us so much. Recomeded.

Basic hotel with excellent location
A basic hotel with excellent location - across the street is big shopping mall with plenty of food choices and retail outlet. Room is clean with good selection of TV channels. Breakfast is basic - fair bit of local choice but not for western breakfast. House keeping forgot to replace body and hair shampoo.

We have experienced extremely slow and erratic WiFi especially at night that switching on our data to use is faster instead. It could be due to the reason that the hotel is quite fully packed so there were many people using it. In addition, the shower system also turned from warm to cold after 10-15mins despite we turned the knob to warm. It happened every day during our 3 nights stay and the second member has to shower in cold water. The only plus point is there’s a minimal shopping mall located opposite of the hotel and there is also a KFC downstairs. however, if you are looking for a more crowded shopping area that will be Cihampelas, and you can look for hotel to stay in that area

Location and service
Convenient location for usual tourist activities like shopping and eating. Hotel is clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is adequate in terms of variety and tastiness. Restaurant staff was good and chef was skillful. Spa was so so but did not try other amenities. Only grouse was persistent short delivery of towels, not changing of bedding covers when obviously soiled as well as failure of housekeeping to notice finishing of toilet paper and to replenish it.

Great hotel, convenient great value
We took 3 rooms (2 Executive and 1 Twin). Note the Executive is bigger but only one per of such per floor. Good wifi access. Nice heated pool. Not too crowded when we were there. Acceptable buffet breakfast. Great service from the staff. Overall excellent experience.

Nice hotel with large rooms and updated facilities
Everything was close to perfect, staff was friendly and facilities were update to date. Minor blemish on the location traffic and the smell at the walk way towards to lobby, spa service reservations can be improved as they have misplaced twice the spa reservation and did not have the masseuses for the service.

Good hotel, convenient location, deserving 4 Star title. Most helpful and positive staff across. Shopping outlets just adjacent / opposite the hotel to keep us occupied. Its fabulous to see the indoor swimming pool, with heated water !! No regret in staying in this hotel.

I have a great stay in this hotel, the staff is well train and very friendly. Breakfast has alot of variety for your liking and i love to take dip in the warm pool after a day of shopping.. Overall is a good experience for me and my friends..

Perfect hotel,perfect location.
I loved my stay at this hotel. Everything was very good. Friendly and helpful hotel staff. Location was perfect. The only thing was that the gym looked different as compared to the pictures on Hotels.com and breakfast was just average. But overall,no complaints.

This is a fairly new hotel, just across the street from a large mall. Not much else close by, but a 1-2km weak to Jalan Braga for decent restaurants and clubs. I had a Jr suite on the top 21st floor, nicely furnished. Good internet service. Great service all around, good restaurant. Bar is outside by the 4th floor pool. Hotel arranged a car to drive me 4.5 hours to Anyer for Rp1.8m (about $150).

Awesome brand new hotel! Parking a bit tight, but there are a lot of space available. Bed is not the comfiest around, but its great! Best of all, HEATED OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL!!!

お湯が途中から出なくて困った。
夜着いたので人が少なくチェックインはスムーズ。朝ご飯ビュッフェはインドネシアン料理と洋食が並び、温かいスープも飲めてよかった。窓からの眺めはお家の中がよく見えて洗濯をしているおばあちゃんがよく見えた。 もうちょっと隠しても良いと思う。 バスローブはない。シャワーのお湯が途中から出てこなくて困った。

Vierailimme ko. hotellissa edellisen kerran, kun hotelli oli aivan uusi 2 v. sitten. Nyt hotellin tiloissa oli selvästi näkyvissä kulumisen jälkiä, aiemmalta kerralta oli poistuneet kylpytakit huoneista ja aamiainen oli ehkä hivenen yksipuolistunut. Paikallisiin olosuhteisiin suhteutettuna kuitenkin edelleen laadukas ja hintansa arvoinen hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla.
