Stayed here for a business trip with a total of 4 nights. The check in was quick, received a room upgrade, the food is good and the room condition is excellent. I pretty much enjoy the location and the atsmophere in the hotel. Highly recommended.

Ok Hotel
Parking space is very limited and small. Room is sizeable but no hand soap and only 2 big towels. Internet is fast. Breakfast is good.

Service response need to improve
Hotel is okay, but they need to improve their room service. Specially sanitising rooms properly. No iron board in the room. And they provide only two water bottles in a day. Operator/ room service is not very responsive as for even asking for towels they took some time more than 20 min. So definitely hotel need to improve service

New and confortable
This has the feel of a new hotel. The room was comfy and stylish. We loved lounging at night on the rooftop terrace next to the swimming pool. The morning swim with city overview was nice as well altough the pool is somehow on the small side and the water was a bit chilly. Very nice experience overall.

Not recommended for a Business trip
The rooftop pool has amazing views. However, there are no umbrellas. The rest of the hotel was very disappointing. No toilet roll or towel holders, as TV that kept coming on automatically (including after a power cut in the middle of the night), very noisy, etc. Renovation works ongoing, causing noise at bad times.

Hotel was nice enough, but the suite wasn't really worth it - traffic noise and not really suitable for family (probably better to have 2 adjacent rooms). Breakfast was a bit crowded and fairly average.

Check in was a breeze, very friendly staff, stay was very pleasant, the room is very clean and comfortable. We took an extra bed for one night which was promptly delivered and set up, However, the next day we were disappointed that housekeeping chose to collect the extra bed from our room at 11pm, Without prior notice or call. To be disturbed while we were already in bed was upsetting further more I have my infant who was already asleep and was awaken due to the noises made while the staff was removing the bed. The international breakfast buffet lacks of variety. But We are still please with what they offer with the local delicacies. One of the highlight for this hotel is a rooftop infinite pool. It has kids pool and my kids enjoyed it very much. Although the total area of pool is not big and gets crowded easily, it satisfy our needs.

Its a nice hotel but not completely ready
We stay only for one night, it is a brand new hotel but I believe it is not ready to fully operate. The room is clean and nice but lack of amenities. There are minimum shower amenities, No hair dryer, No snack on the bar and empty refrigerator. The bathroom door cannot be locked as the key not on place. The sound of on going construction in the hotel still quite loud and we can hear it clearly from the room in the afternoon. We also order breakfast through room service which arrived one hour later after we call for the second time and it is already cold. I ordered hot coffee which is no longer hot when it is arrived, french fries and fried rice is also very cold.

午後4時のチェックインで部屋の準備が未だ、だと。。。。。話しにならないですね。 また、これは施設の問題ではありませんが、ホテル周辺の喧騒が激しい。 恐らく二度と泊まらないです。
