"We booked a Superior room with 2 Queen beds. When we checked in, we were told that we had been upgraded. When we got to our upgraded room, the 2 beds were double beds however we did a have balcony. We went to reception and asked why we were given 2 double beds instead of what we booked and they admitted ..."
