The front desk reception and all staff were excellent. Spoke English really well. Our room, a junior suite was modern, clean and comfortable. More USB ports would have been handy. Bring the proper plug adaptors. The shower floor was slippery and no mat was provided. We should have asked. The location is fabulous for high end shopping and walking distance to Gracia. Loved Barcelona.

Great staff, very helpful & friendly!
Great hotel, my second time staying there. Good location, staff are super friendly! The Sant Jodi festival was on whilst I was visiting and the streets around the hotel were very crowded due to the festival and markets, one of the staff at reception walked me 2 blocks to my taxi to ensure I got on my journey ok. Staff are lovely and super kind!
