I gave it a lower score on cleanliness because there were empty liquor bottles left in our room behind a curtain. Other than that it was a great hotel with grest staff. Close to everything in the area.

Overall, great location and clean. The best part were the staff. We had an early checkout and then needed to wait hours for a cruise. For a nominal fee, they let us stay in the room which let us catch up on some much needed sleep.

We booked last minute and this is what we found. All staff was super friendly and kind!! Helped with finding things to do. They gave us a card to go to their sister location for a glass of cava and a view. That location was much newer looking! Our room was ok. Bed and room was small and crammed! They didn’t provide much toiletries and the towels looked old and worn. You could also hear a ton thru the walls!! We could hear someone snoring in another room!! But it is close to the port and that is so convenient!! And again the staff was great!! We also did the breakfast. It was ok. Typical pastries and some meats. I could have eaten better elsewhere for less.

My friend and I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The staff were lovely, all of them. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, shower pressure good. You can tell the hotel is a little outdated but it’s been well looked after. Didn’t try the breakfast but it seemed nice. Only complaint is that the walls and doors are thin. We could hear everything in the hallway, we could hear the people using the bathroom in the rooms above us. All in all though, a comfortable stay.
