"Beautiful beach, water, etc. However, staying at this place was definitely not it for us. We arrived at airport in the middle of the night and could not get a hold of anyone to help us get to the hotel. We had to stay the night in a random hotel & try again in the morning. Terrible communication & accommodations. It is very remote, limited power (electricity), water, food, etc. We had to go find food outside of hotel & we’re lucky to find a restaurant. There’s no grocery or convenience stores....

"Welcoming and friendly place to stay in Cartagena.
Nice helpful staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed, free breakfast, cooling AC, 3 minute walk from the airport.
While located in a more residential area had no issues finding places to eat, shop or transport to the center of the city.
My only issue was the slow or nonfunctional wifi.
Overall a decent place to stay!!!"
