The staff are soo friendly and welcoming. Always looking after us and making sure our stay is as welcoming as possible. The staff are really friendly with my kids and the concierge staff do a great job. No hotel can be a good experience without exceptional staff and i must say the staff here are exceptional. I will be booking my next years visit again soon. "
