Everything about our experience was incredible, the rooms are so clean and neat, the staff is helpful, kind and caring. There is plenty of security and lifeguards, the ladies at breakfast are always so helpful and efficient. I really hope that the staff at Fairmont is getting properly recognized because the service was the highlight of our stay. Thank you so much to everyone!

Hotel, facilities and staff are excellent. Unfortunately the hotel is surrounded by Beach Clubs who have blaring music from 3pm to 2am. Sadly it seems that Dubai wants to compete with Benidorm or Magaluff 😔

Overpriced. Left waiting for hours before I could get into my room even though they emailed me the day before to ask what time I would arrive to try and accommodate early checkin. I had to chase them at 3.30 to see if my room was ready. Difficult to get sun loungers by the pool. Stayed in a room at the front of the hotel and the road noise was awful on Saturday night. Getting taxis from here was also a struggle. As a solo traveller, paid quite a bit of money for a terrible experience.
