"Convenient to the ferry terminal when coming in late."

"Once we got inside our room, the room was fine. With our late arrival (about 11 PM) we had to plead for the agent to respect our booking on hotels.com He left a key for us in a front door lock box of the inn. But there was a moment of doubt when he answered the phone at 10 PM and said “we have now closed”. Note: They need to leave coffee stirring sticks or plastic spoons to stir the fine coffee they offer in the rooms. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean."

"The hostel was simple, but very clean and comfortable. The location was excellent—right downtown, with everything within easy reach. The staff were very kind and helpful, and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Nanaimo!"
