Had an amazing stay at the Ranee on Christmas Eve. Service staff at the hotel are fantastic and extremely helpful, rooms are fabulous and the location is great. The hotel is close to many bars, cafes, good food joints, shopping mall, historical sites and museums. Wish I had a longer stay!!

Fantastic hotel to stay. Room was very clean. Internet speed was great compare to other hotels around that I have stay before. Also this hotel is very convenient in terms of food and shopping.

rooms facing main road is noisy during night, so that they switched my room to opposite one which is quite cozy and spacious than previous one.

A lovely conserved property with a deep history restored and full of memories to discover. Very convenient to get to the river and other food spots in the old town. Highly recommended.

Hotel room is very clean, spacious, n well equipped. The beds r also very comfortable. Foods r within 2-4 min walk if u opt out of dinning in hotel. However, front desk staff need to b more knowledgeable about their city, such as which shopping mall is nearest to the hotel or where to buy an umbrella.

The Pullman Hotel in Kutching definitely offers a 5-star experience to its guests not just by the ambience in it but also by the amenities they have. I chose this hotel because they have a gym, a pool, and a spa. The staff are nice and are quick to respond to requests. The hotel adjoins a mall and there are several restaurants to choose from. Their Internet is free and fast which makes it great for working, and the area is quiet which makes it also great for relaxing.

The hotel staff did not ask whether I wanted the city view or the river view but that was alright. I got the city view and the view was just fine. I loved the room as it was very spacious and the pillows and bed were very comfortable. The internet speed was amazing and I love how they have many clear tv channels, namely MTV etc. There was even a speaker in the shower room that links to the television. Hotel room rates reasonably priced for its prime city location, where food isn't any problem at all. Food outlets are all within walking distance and had some nice seafood at TopSpot Seafood corner only 5mins walk from hotel. Staff were friendly and I had booked for two queen size beds which was both clean and aircon was cold, for three nights. Check out was a breeze at 0630hrs with airport 20mins away. Fantastic stay

Very centrally located, within walking distance to many eateries, shops, shopping malls and the Kuching's riverside waterfront. Very friendly and helpful staffs, especially Mr. Gene and the chambermaids. Stunning daily sunrise and sunset can be observed through the hotel room windows. Good breakfast buffet spread.

Hotel is well priced, reasonable. Service is good!
