I called service desk and told them I wasn’t upset about the room not being clean, but if they could please give us some new towels they said “ok” and never gave us the new towels or cleaned the room. "Convenient if you are seeing a concert at Pechanga Arena. Other than that I wouldn’t recommend staying there. Homeless in the parking lot. Rude staff. Booked a king bed and was given 2 queens. Parking is an additional $20. The sink is in the main bedroom so if you are getting ready to leave the lights need to be on. The elevator service had expired 2 years ago. "
