"Just not up to our needs. Rather stay at the other Hilton properties. We are treated better as members at the Home two suites than this facility. We get more for our money at the other Hilton properties. Won't do Garden Inn again."

"Absolutely terrible experience. I stayed here for 11 days and not once were the towels or bed sheets changed. When I raised this issue, the receptionist handed me a sheet and expected me to change it myself—completely unacceptable and not what anyone should experience at a hotel. The cleanliness was beyond unacceptable. I found a cockroach in the bathroom, and the bathroom ran out of toilet paper during the first two days with no effort from staff to restock or check on the room. Housekeeping was essentially nonexistent. This is not just poor service—it’s a serious failure in basic hygiene and hospitality standards. I paid for a hotel stay, not to clean and maintain the room myself. I expect a partial refund for this unacceptable experience. I will also be escalating this complaint further if it is not addressed promptly. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel."

"I was misled when selecting a room for the night by looking at the amenities and photos. Despite the warm weather, pool was closed for the season- service elevator had to be used because main elevators were out of service and the parking lot had retired mattresses piled up for removal. Our family could have saved ourselves time and money by just selecting a place without a pool that was on the route we were traveling on. "

"all pretty great - there was some bansna peals out front door needed to be picked up, in toom 201 the shade above bed does not open , but other was great -it was quiet and cool - the ice machine had front removed needs to be fixed on 2 nd floor- i can not say enough about the front desk workers day and night - VERY professional! "The property well well maintained with the road construction out front. Once all that is done it should be a nicer area "
