"The location was excellent and the staff was very friendly. We enjoyed signature cocktails at the bar's happy hour and the poetry "photo booth" in the lobby was a very welcome surprise! The only downside was that our room was not checked on once during our 5 day stay, but when asked, the staff was always quick to provide what we needed. "

It’s close to the subway, making it easy to get around the city, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. "We noticed in the lounge area that the staff discriminate against english speaking guests as far as seating is concerned - it happened 3x during our 5 days stay. Also in breakfast room some of the staff was rude and spoiled the day for us. Concierge were excellent and reception too. Wonderful classy hotel and a pity some staff can ruin it for one. Will not stay there again because of staffing issues."
