"The breakfast was very well layed out with a large selection. Top quality. hot tub was there but not functioning. The pool was a little chilly .The breakfast and bar service was slow and not that attentive for a 5 star hotel "

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the lobby was a fun place to hang out while waiting for an Uber. (There's an archaeological dig under the glass floor of the lobby which is so interesting!). "
